Surrounded by two rivers at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, this area has an ideal balance of rain, sunny days and average annual temperature. The place is blessed, almost identical to southern Italy.

The company revives the art of winemaking in an area with unique climatic conditions, where wine industry flourished in ancient times - at the foothills of the Greater Caucasus, in the Savalan valley. This is the most beautiful place of the region, the heart of the Gabala region can rightfully be considered the cradle of winemaking.

This is where Azerbaijani winemaking traditions meet advanced Italian technology to create not only unique wines but also distillates.
The equipment of the plant was entrusted to Della Toffola, and the laboratory is one of the most equipped in Europe. Only a few of European companies have such equipment. To control the wine production process in accordance with modern quality standards, professional hereditary technologists were invited to the plant - winemakers from Italy, Daniel D'Andrea and Elisa Vagnoni.
In our distillates, we brought together nobility and a strong character.
Distillate production started from 2016, although the idea was around long time ago with the assistance of two Italian companies, Della Toffola and Sordato. These companies are specialized in designing and making complex systems for the chemical and food industries. Currently, we are producing six types of SAVALAN branded distillates.
To build a team, we united and brought together two sunny and generous countries of Azerbaijan and Italy.
Our wines are produced under the guidance of highly qualified Italian engineers - Mr. Daniel D'Andrea and Mrs. Elisa Vagnoni. The Savalan Team is a close-knit international group of like-minded people dedicated to their job and highly specialized on their field who consider quality the highest value.
It is a fun and gambling game combined with wine and spirits tasting.
Two teams of four are involved. The essence of the game is the same as in the game on TNT “Where is the logic?”, But all the questions are related only to alcohol. The winning team will receive prizes from the “SAVALAN” brand.
We have very flexible conditions, who will not be included in the team will be able to participate in Enokwiz and, if they answer correctly, will receive prizes.
What is included in the program: tasting of 6-7 positions of wines, including premium wines “SAVALAN NOBEL Exclusive Collection”, “SAVALAN Canyon” and distillates, cheese and meat plate, snacks, olives. And most importantly – unforgettable emotions, knowledge with which you can then surprise your friends and acquaintances, as well as prizes!
